I called it last week. Still not good enough to break down the smaller teams. I didn't think we played the right game plan. Didn't have the same hustle after losing the ball.

In hindsight we scored at the wrong time. We ended up just sitting on that lead for most of the second half. In the end we couldn't handle the pressure and the whole team had a meltdown.

I think the nature of this game will cause Mourinho to use it as added motivation to win on Saturday.

We beat City due to our discipline and executing a very good game plan. We drew with West Brom due to a lack of discipline and losing our team organization. Tiredness was probably a factor too.

Me either. I blame Jose as much as the players for this one. Torres lost the ball pretty much every time the ball went to him whereas Eto'o was doing okay. Mikel came on too early and basically signalled our intention to defend for the rest of the game.
