I am not trolling...I was actually stumped and figured you guys support this mob and might have some idea as to why such a decision was made...I tend to agree with Bubbles and think it must be a "link man" type role...otherwise why the f**k would he be anywhere near the leadership group?! It must suck for him though...its like "you are the best of the never was" "all the never was' respect you a lot"

Im sure its not like that at all, but please continue with your vivid imaginative speculation

Dunno about Murdoch Masila. I really though he was going to break through last year. Same with Groat. The Tigers really needed some of their young forwards to stand up and the only bloke who even fired a shot was Woods. What a season that guy had. But the other two were rubbish.

BMM was never given a fair crack. He will this year.
Groat had a fair crack and was disappointing but Woods was magic.

Woods was dumped in the deep end more than Groat or BMM. I expect BMM to kick on massively this year.

I'm still not sold on the purchases of Thompson and Pettybourne. Hope they prove me wrong.

Groat got the short end of a very tainted stick. I think a rookie can excel in a half or back role. But the pressure on him to perform at his age and experience was cause of Sheens idiotic recruitment tactics. Namely selling Fafita and Gibbs and having nothing in stock.

MU, word on the street is that Thompson is surprisingly skillful and impressing many, especially the fella with C next to his name. Pettybourne is putting in big time and has already shown more than what Blair has at the club. (this however would not be a hard thing to do). But both are going well.

Also, keep an ear ti the ground for Luke Brooks and Mitch Moses, these two young men will be our future at 6 and 7. Highly talented and very sought after.

Sounds like Ayshford has a lot to worry about.

Pettybourne will have a red hot go, but has a poor carry though and spills his lollies more often then I'd like.

Thompson won't be in the backline, he'll be a Luke Lewis type backrower. I'd say Fulton will be pushed to the bench.

Thompson has always been highly rated. He seemed to be a mr fix it for the tits and was never allowed to settle in one position. Hopefully he can fulfill his potential with us.

Will Blair pull his finger out? This could be the difference between a good season and a mediocre one. If he does not improve massively then our backrow is f**ked, IMO.

I'm relatively happy with our squad elsewhere

Most clubs have pretty much equal squads,it's attitude, effort and spades full of luck that's makes a good season.Last year we did not get out of first gear, let's hope Potter has them ripping and tearing. As for Miller he is only a caretaker till Brooks comes good, but Iam sure he will play well as he is off contract at the end of the season and will be out to impress

I'm glad to hear that bubbles. He could prove to be very handy then.
