Not a Tigers supporter but I recon Benji is best going elsewhere. Maybe the Warriors? He's stale at the Tigers. OK he's had injuries. Maybe the Titans? Get the Prince / Marshall thing going again. He needs to do something different.

The WTF are orgasmic over this signing and some of the bedwetting has to be seen to be believed from these mongs to be believed. The man who had Farah in PL and Benji Reynolds as interchange hooker in 2005 ... the man who had Benji Reynolds in the halves ahead of Benji Marshall ... the man who brought a chain smoking fireman out of retirement ... the man who signed a player who'd never worn the 7 shirt in his life to replace a Clive Churchill medal winner ... the man who had the side playing as if they were ina slumber against soufs and a packed Leichhardt. He's a f**king fraud and nothing less

* Farah in PL after coming off a year of horrendous injuries Mulli and not for long either
* Ben Reynolds played until Marshall was due back in round 3 (1 whole game)
* Moodie experiment was a failure. Amazingly though the same people bitching about his selection were bleating in late 2006 how we had lost too much experience
* The Morris experiment didn't work as well as Sheens had hoped but that is life in footy really. Every coach will make mistakes in selection and purchasing at one point
* Yes Sheens was to blame for the poor attitude of the players in a game. I mean FFS these are big boys who should need no motivation for such a big game.

C'mon Mulli you could have done what Eddie did and make fair balanced criticism but you have to try and embelish facts by telling only half a story eg: implying Reynolds over Marshall was a coaches choice

SHould we be taking bets for which Round Sheens

* Puts Farah in the 7 ( Ill stick my neckout and say Round 12)
* Uses only 16 players ( Round 3)
* Plays an outside back in the backrow (Round 5)
* rolls out the reasons for not making the 8 (Round 22)
swap 2 and 4. Subtract 3 from 1 and 3.

Smeg in 04 he had Benji in the centres and that turd Reynolds in the halves until we were blessed by the most hoped for broken leg in the history of rugby league against Manly. What about the lack of grunt we have up front and seeing Cashmere and Lima show exactly the type of qualities we don't have for a lot less money that he chose to spunk on O'Hara and Galloway.

And smeg which other coach replaces a halfback (and an origin quality one at that) with an athletic turd who has the football brain of a dying oak tree ?

As for the ones moaning about losing experience, how about supermyth when he was crying about losing buettner (replaced by Benji), Senter (replaced by Farah), Moodie (replaced by a fit again Patty)

As for Round 1 2005 if he was good enough and fit enough to play PL then his injury wasn't an issue. Farah on one leg, with one arm, his eyes closed and suffering from flu is better than that royce inspired penrith turd reynolds.

So you think it's shrewd re-signing a coach for a further 2 yrs given the abject failure of the last 2 seasons on so many levels ?

I think a one year optioned deal would have been a better idea to enable the club to wrap up talent like Marshall for a year beyond the Sheens contract period to allow them to adjust to a new coach if it is needed.

Alot is dependant on the 08 season. Players attitudes seem to have improved drastically this off season and it is good to see Sheens talking up our young talent. However the retention of that talent and the proper use of it will dictate the success of the future Sheens years

So if the players' attitudes weren't spot on (and mate from speaking to a few people around the club in Feb of 06 it was evident back then that winning the comp had given many of them swelled heads and poor attitudes at training) why, some 18 months down the track was it not rectified ? Do you think Bellamy would have tolerated downgraded attitudes like that ... or Bennett ? Sheens is always `gonna drop players' and `gonna make changes' to give them a shake up but they are always empty, idle threats .. much like those of an ineffective schoolteacher who's lost the classroom

It is unknown as no other side has been in that predicament for a long time, that being a team of such youth winning a premiership which nobody ever expected.

Mistakes have bben made yes. However I feel the re-signing is a prudent one considering the coaches who are realistically available. Unless of course we want to make a GF and haave a coach play a motivational cassette tape at half time which rattles the side.

08 is the year I will bade my opinion on the re-signing on. At this stage it is an interesting 12 months ahead

Lam, Fairleigh, Flanagan, Kearney among others are all available and will make very good first grade coaches. As would Johns and Daley. I'd even have no problems if Sheens was moved upstairs into a Director of coaching/Retirement/figurehead role to oversee the young coach. I have grave concerns that the Sheens-sizzler axis will again fail miserable as it has done for all bar 16 weeks since 1996

It will be sizzler as it will be the cheap option
Whilst the new breed of coaches are analysing things on flash laptops sizzler and ronald will be loading summer games onto the tape drive of a COmmodore 64

He is a big fan of when the 2 rockets join up in galaga
Since Ronald taught him
C:\LOAD
He has been an IT buff
Noyce has been suitably impressed with this, plus the retention of the flying fox on a 3 year deal
