Actually if you read my posts in the beginning of the thread I stated that I wouldn't re-sign him now. You see I believe in a no dickheads policy regardless of form, This recent snapchatting his mates indicates that he has not learnt his lesson. Norman is an immature moron. But at the end of the day, this club has dug its own grave and only we can get out of it. I never thought this club would become an embarrassment to support but it is getting close. Terrible leadership, terrible board, poor culture and poor mentoring of players has lead to this.

But I am optimistic. Not next year or even the year after - but we will be back.
