True but Penrith are out and out favourites along with the Storm and Manly are still very much outsiders. So Nathan Cleary is a bigger part of the whole picture because of expectation. It would be a huge shock if it wasn't a Panthers v Storm grand final. The bookies almost have it already locked in.

Bookies can be wrong but seriously, all season the Penrith Panthers and the Melbourne Storm have bene light years ahead of the game so the expectations of both sets of fans would be minimal of getting into the Grand final whereas other fans would be hopeful (at best). The whole of life is expectation management and that is why we get angry or happy or sad or reflective, it is when a situation doesn't live up to our expectation or goes over our expectation

This is also true here is Covid and why so many are suffering so harshly with mental health issues. I feel for you. Trying to navigate through expectation HELL is sooo very hard for the normal mind.

They may have expectations but as I've said before "You can shit in one hand and wish in the other and see which gets filled first"

thats vile and unnecessary. We are talking about Rugby League. and statistically two of the best teams of all time in the Penrith Panthers and the Melbourne Storm, please take your toilet humour to The Cave.

Princess, lol. You were the one who did some stupid nonsensical joke that had no relevance to the conversation.

NRL players have welcomed the news that their partners and children will be able to travel to Queensland on Wednesday to begin a 14-day quarantine period.

The Queensland Government’s approval of the mass relocation of immediate family members of Sydney-based players is a relief to many after previously scheduled flights last Saturday were cancelled.

South Sydney playmaker Benji Marshall is also expected to make the trip on Wednesday but will have to quarantine for two weeks with the families before being able to join his teammates ahead of the round 21 clash with Parramatta.

Souths and NSW hooker Damien Cook said he was looking forward to being re-united with wife Courtney and their 20-month old daughter, Willow.

"It’s obviously awesome news," Cook said.

Penrith captain and fellow Blues star Isaah Yeo said the delay had caused uncertainty for the families and he was looking forward to seeing partner Ash, who is pregnant with their first child.

So your tactic is just to abuse people. You have given nothing to the discussion except an irrelevant disgusting joke. You are a troll. We are talking about real people with real problems atm. No matter how much the players are paid, it is difficult for them atm to say the least.

For me, coronavirus will affect those players with young families the most. i saw Chad Townsends vblog yesterday where he had to move from Cronulla to the Warriors and his poor wife has 3 kids younger than 3 years old and she is being moved from one place to another and juggling whether to join Chad or not and then having one kid who is 18 months old and one that is 3 months old.

So these are real life problems

And of course in Coronavirus lockdown, we all have real life problems.

Doubling down on your stupidity I see. Also, considering you are the alt of a worthless turd means you calling me a troll is laughable. You keep doing you though, we all enjoy the laughs you provide.

If you are over 40 or a carer of the elderly, you can basically just go to your local GP for the jab. You might need to book 2 weeks in advance but there should be no problems

How many NRL players are over 40 or looking after the elderly? 🤔I’d wager 10-15% max would qualify because of being aboriginal or asthmatic etc.

So if you want all players to be vaccinated, you’d need the NRL to lobby for every player to be eligible, which as you claim, would only piss off more of the general public.

Sydney is not going to be able to have the finals in 2021, its virtually faiti accompli.

Is the NRL going to squeeze $$ out of the QLD government to hold it at Suncorp, even though we all know that's the only option.
