The right to silence, and the presumption of innocence is grossly over rated Pete.
We should all forgo our basic freedoms because 200 people died in a terrorist
attack 10 years ago and because there are baddies in bikie gangs.

You are wrong with regards to Brave New World though. The telegraph readers
who pine for their rights to be taken away from themselves are totally against
