Tin hats, aluminium foil hats, Lead bunkers blah blah, and steel. What do you think
these things have in common (they are electrical conductors). Tin, aluminium and
lead are all called metals (which are conductors). Steel is an alloy (a mixture of
metals).

Conductors are one way of blocking electromagnetic waves (the alien transmissions you
speak of).

In case you missed it: aluminium foil hat == steel hat == tin hat

Just sayin.
