How pissed would you be if you'd forked out hard-earned for tickets to his show?

I thought No Talent time had started early...

As much as people on here dog the footy show, believe me, living in Adelaide and having The Eddie and Sam circle jerk 90 minutes on, it is way less pretentious, annoying and it lets the players at least have a personality if they want on there.

It is funny, Sydney folks complain about the NRL footy show and say they wish it was more like the AFL one, but every person who I have shown the NRL show to has said "i wish the AFL one was more like that.."

I guess it's human nature to want what we don't have ;-)

I felt uncomfortable watching it...i was just waiting for a punch line but it never came.
Agree. I have seen quite a lot of live stand up and I get this feeling in my stomach, possibly sympathy when someone is just melting in front of your eyes.

He did that American comedian thing, you know where they mistake talking about everyday life as a joke....."T-shirts, where are the sleeves?". McLaughlan was pretty much no worse than the Jerry Seinfeld snipets at the start of his great show. He was another that should never have been let near a microphone.

You are actually comparing Craig McLachlan to Jerry Seinfeld.

Surely he didn't think he was funny.

He seemed a bit drunk or something to me.

The clown did think he was funny. It was as the saddest thing I've ever seen on TV. He was getting pummelled by the crowd as well and had NO comeback.

His main problem was his material. He kept talking about his career, of which very few in the crowd had any idea about.

The Iraq thing at the end had to be seen to be believed - it was pathetically bad.

Surely rule #1 of standup is to have an arsenal of comebacks ready for the hecklers? All he did was stand there and say 'hey'

He died almost as bad as Booyah...

The best stabd-up I've ever seen. I mean you just have to look at this thread to see that. Has Carl Barron ever gotten a 3 page response to an act?

I think he will now devide his life into "BFS" and "AFS"

"Before Footy Show" and "After Footy Show".

That joke was worse than his stand-up routine.

The wierd thing was I had not even heard of him really until last night.

I would class him as a C grade celebrity if anything after I did a bit of research. I hate people like him that think they are celebities.

The show he was supposed to be advertising is a festival I think, for a few comedians, I'd be blowing up if I were one of the other ones. No one would seriously pay to watch that pillow biter.

I think he will be getting some major hecklers at his gigs.

I bet he will even use the same material he used on the Footy Show, his gun material.

If I was in Sydney Id go and heckle and take a camera and tape it and upload it here.

hit and run was on the comedy channel today, with........ McGlockers! - it was almost exactly the same material, recorded last year. I think they gave him a laugh track cause the crowd were pissing themselves laughing.

He was a wanker on there too.
