When asked if the club was better off without him, he replied am I better off without the club.
Nice.
Nice.
Ww need a separate investigation into all this negative rumour and innuendo that swirls around our club.
by the way, this job will always be a tough gig whenever a certain person lurking in the backround pulls the strings and won't let go...unless of course we offer the job back to Andrew Hill..
Glen Duncan please leave do the right thing we have a new sponsor ready to pay an extra $400 k a year over 5 years of you are truly unhappy with the situation at the club the solution is simple let the new sponsor take over.
This club is bigger than any board member coach player or broadcaster this club has been built on the loyalty of us the people no one can hold us to ransom. We all love this club we all dream of success in October the parra haters can go and get f&$@$d we are moving forward in the right direction and in time if we the members are not happy we change it.

Duncans only concern now is for Pirtek. And they are getting great exposure now with all these articles.
So he'd be hoping these articles continue throughout the NRL season?
There was a lot of fear mongering going on with people claiming this was going to get much, much worse. It seems it was wishful thinking on their part since there hasn't been anything new that has come to light for days now.
No doubt Hadley and those heading this witch hunt will keep plowing the same ground they did last week. Instead of sowing seeds for the future they keep digging up the same dirt looking for a gold nugget. So far all they have is a handful of dust.
I wouldn't get too confident about that...
I said 'so far'. If something else comes to light or any allegations are confirmed then that could naturally change my view on things. For now, as is the case in Australian law, everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

That's fantasy. In this country the media can smear you until you have so much baggage that you are a political liability/unemployable.
It's been happening at all levels of politics for years and it's been happening at our club, on both sides of the fence.
Everyone may be innocent until proven guilty in Australian law technically, but in the eyes of the public that isn't the case in regards to serious crimes. People have the right to form an opinion based on the information presented to them and you'd be naive and gullible not to form an opinion.
