As we know, the only real comparison left between these two clubs is in the third tier Jersey Flegg comp, a very good indicator of junior strength (unless you buy them all like the Roosters)

Let's see how they did:

Cronulla Sharks - narrowly beaten Grand Finalists

St George Dragons - 12th

Incidentally, the Illawarra Steelers were ninth...

You don't need to ask

A more interesting question might be who I hate second-most...

Next year the Steelers and Dragons are entering a 'merged' team in Flegg.
No more Illawarra Steelers, and no more St George Dragons.

I thought it was Flegg AND Premier League actually.

Hey Jimbo,
are you by any chance in the young Liberals?I must say your political stance is somewhat arrogant. eg. if the economy is so great , why dont we have more hosptial beds? why is our education system and learning dropping to levels of a third world country, why is the cost of living making rich and poor gap wider, why do we pay close to the highest fuel prices in the western world? why did our country help invade a country on the other side of the world, why did people get killed in Bali?
Ill tell you why , because of a little rodent with his pants on fire.

Totally agree with you Fatshark...In a couple of days Motorist will be purchasing fuel for a $1.15 a litre and could go further.
If it was one reason to get rid of that lying rodent it's fuel prices.....
Honest John you got to be kidding.......Mass graves to the pump and the price is set.....

Federal petrol excise was cut by around 10c a litre when the GST was introduced. If you want to know why petrol in Queensland is 6-7c a litre cheaper than here, ask Bob Carr...

The facts are these Jimbo back in the early 80's fuel prices at the pump in NSW were around 38cents a litre, at the time the price per barrol was approx $45 us per barrel.
We are now paying 1.10 per litre.....economics for dummies....Yeah.....

We are still of course paying the '3x3' petrol tax that was introuduced to NSW pumps many years ago to help pay for 'Improved NSW roads'.
That expired about 8 years ago, but the Government has accidently forgot to cancel it. And now it goes straight into Government Revenue.
That will never change. And the roads are STILL crap.
BUT.... Would YOU vote for a government who has promised to spend $8 Million on upgrading Oki Doki stadium.
If ever there was a reason NOT to vote for Liberal... THAT IS IT.

You could find plenty of reasons not to vote Liberal. But not this one, seeing that it's one policy that Howard and Latham share.

Seems like a waste of good money to me when they have a perfectly good stadium at Wollongong (not to mention their other "home" grounds) - switch all home games down there and spend the money on something better.

Isnt there another forum for this?
But whilst were talking about it, does anyone think petrol prices will fall significantly if Latham is is power?

NO CHANCE IN HELL.
There would be a better chance the Queens will win a premiership before THAT happens.
The 3x3 tax excise is a tremendous cash cow for the government. They will never let it go. EVER.
