Eels Tigers game should get minimum 17k on a fine sunny day imo.

Both teams may be out of form, but these are still the two bigger western Sydney clubs and the past 2 years these games have gotten 19.5k+ at Parra even when Paramatta were out of the 8 and playing poorly.
