Sub 10k crowds in suburban grounds look like pub footy and not nrl. Terrible look for the game sub 10k is not unacceptable in any professional competition.

Well, how on earth did they cram 26k into there 20 yrs ago when the Sea Eagles played Canberra?

If we were talking about two NRL expansion teams drawing sub 10k would be excusable George but we are talking heartland teams, often games featuring two heartland teams from the same city!

In their heartland for an established club?
Just catching end of Dockers game before manly game starts on a Fox. 36k there, in a city of 2mill. Bury your head all you like but we've got some massive problems to overcome.

I must admit I thought we would see a massive wave of feel good factor with fans when news ltd were booted and the game became independent, then when we got a $billion I thought you beauty no stopping us now. Sadly I was very much over optimistic.
