Brilliant crowd last night, it was the 'crowd of the week' LOL considering the attrocious conditions. I cannot wait til Melbourne get the new stadium... TO All the NSWRL orientated fools who've been calling for Melbourne to get axed... Eat a D*ck.

10,240 was an incredible figure given the circumstances in Canberra... the temperature was 9 degrees during the game and "Apparent temperature" was around the 2 degree mark.

Appalling conditions, well done to everyone who made the trip there.

Man, im back from Canberra and it was absolutely freezing lol. The strong winds combined with the rain etc. just made for terrible conditions and at least it stayed away for the majority of the game but before hand it was terrible. Still had a good time and was worth it with us getting the win.

And the AFL Anzac game drew about 90k, which alone is pretty much the total for the NRL round.

So? Olympic Park was at capacity, sold out, in pouring rain.

Perspective can suck my big one. That game could've cracked 30k if played at Etihad, such was the hype.

AFL fans love to refer to the ANZAC Game as a sell-out but in reality it was 16k below capacity.

Great crowd, but lets get the facts right.
