I thought Canberra were in the market for a high quality centre eg Lyon or Vagana?

With Howell and Graham resigning doesn't look that way. I think that is what Canberra needs, they obviously have emmense junior talent coming through but are still thin in the outside backs. Only a matter of a year or two before it all clicks for the Raiders IMO and they will once again be a top 4 team.
