According to the NRL page, Jamie Russo has signed with Lyon in France.

As there was no word from the Raiders for his contract renewal, I have removed him from the list.

I heard Russo is doing the same thing Nathan Smith is did. Year in France, come back afterwards and they decide whether or not to renew his contract.

2006 shapes as an absolute recruitment nightmare :shock:

Could be a blessing thickos,all the players coming off contract at the end of season 05.Player's have a habit of recapturing form as the expirary date of their contract nears.Maybe the "Bad and Means" season wont be as crook as some people are suggesting.

That's a very good point, "contract years" are often the best for certain players as they try to raise their dollar value.

Just updated the list of contracted players as raiders.com.au reveals Alley-Tovio has been signed until 2007. Could be a good long term purchase.

I have updated this thread taking into account the departure of Ian Hindmarsh for the next three seasons.

We honestly don't have that many people left to re-sign... O'Hara for mine becomes the number one priority.

Germ's re-signing as of today has been added to the player recruitment/retention list.

If Smith (both of them) and Adamson retire, there really isn't that many people we have left to deal with... besides Rhino :| :?
