I thought givney stated he wasn't going to sue. He got his apology, and seems satisfied with that.

It seems ironic that the 4 that got suspended by the club weren't suspended by the league but the 1 that got his job back after just 2 weeks, did.

Wonder why?

Isaac Gordon, Josh Cordoba and Doc Givney for starters. The ex board aren't going to go legal.
Cant see how any of them will have any kind of case against Flanno, before the club. Doesnt make any sense.
& they still have to prove some very important points. So if they are posturing for an out of court settlement then it wont happen because there can be no confidentiality on the result. ASADA have the powers to make them answer everything exept self incriminating replies.
Posture all they like, they are extremely unlikely to get one zac.

Actually, Flanno has incriminated himself and put the Club in the clear purely by changing his testimonial in a 5 day period (all documented). You cannot report one thing to the Board of any organization and then change your story.

Secondly, what he stopped, was the injections, not the program. He was happy to allow creams and tablets to be used for up to 4-5 weeks after the injections.

The club re-instated Flanno on legal advice, in fact, they Board didn't breath without the guidance of the Allan Sullivan QC and the Clubs legal team.

There is still more to be revealed.
