I think Folau needs to re this passage from Matthew, Chapter 7, verses 1-3 over and over again -

"“Do not judge, so that you won’t be judged. 2 For you will be judged by the same standard with which you judge others, and you will be measured by the same measure you use. 3 Why do you look at the splinter in your brother’s eye but don’t notice the beam of wood in your own eye?"

(Christian Standard Bible edition from - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew 7:1-3&version=CSB)
Nah, he's just your typical hypocritical judgemental god botherer.

He believes it's that's against my religion, don't you do that. Not, that's against my religin, I won't do that.

Why he isn't he going after AFL or Union the prick.

I assume he won't go after Union after settling with them in 2019 and AFL he was nothing more than a gimmick and probably not a realistic choice.

However he is being advised by Australia's biggest pest in terms of pointless litigation. Pretty sure he's 0-3 vs Western Australia, recently lost a case against Universal Music/Twisted Sister.

Clive seems to lose in court more than the Bulldogs lose on the footy field.

The second Clive mentioned that the Brisbane Bronco's were the last Australian side to hold a contract with Folau within Australia I knew this was going to end this way. I

Surely Clive just dies soon. Not a threat, when you read this Clive. You were struggling with getting out of that Porsche a couple of years ago, for every litigation throw down 10km on the treddy.

Why isn't his profession being treated as any other profession doctor, lawyer, teacher etc Even disregarding the ethical and moral issues raised with his comments, he has continually breached his employment contracts and he has publicly stated he has no intention of honouring the various clauses in his contract. If this was any other industry he would have little chance of resurrecting his career.

I'd have thought he'd be wanting to be part of Catalans the way they're going. 48-0 over hitherto unbeaten competition leaders Wigan doesn't happen every day. Hard to fathom the attraction of Queensland park footy. I guess he just doesn't want to go back to France.

Folau takes out Supreme Court injunction against QRL
Israel Folau has taken out a Supreme Court injunction against the Queensland Rugby League in a bid to return to the playing field for the Southport Tigers.

The QRL had previously stated that it would approve Folau’s bid to play in the third-tier competition on the Gold Coast on the proviso he obtains a release from his contractual obligations with Catalans Dragons and doesn’t play at a level higher than community rugby league.

Poster's Comment: While I sympathise with him for not being allowed to play the game having committed no crime, I don't think he will win this one, being contracted to Catalans. They only stopped paying him because he didn't return after travelling to Australia in the off season.

Bullying in the workplace can take many forms. Like their schoolyard counterparts, workplace bullies act in a number of ways to target their victims: ostracism, excessive criticism, removal of key duties and responsibilities, engaging co-workers to target the worker in a negative ‘campaign’ against them, denying the worker access to benefits and privileges afforded other workers, as well as not giving the worker credit for any of his or her accomplishment

Unholy ego wedded to religious zealotry, moral imbecility and limited IQ... Folau will be a very successful right wing politician.

God bless Israel Folau. If he comes back maybe he can persuade the NRL to have a recitation of the Lord’s Prayer before every game, in keeping with the values that most rugby league supporters would share. After all we are a country founded on Christian values.

Court of Appeal orders Clive Palmer's Mineralogy to pay $102m to liquidators over Queensland Nickel collapse

Clive Palmer's company Mineralogy has been ordered to pay $102 million over the collapse of Queensland Nickel by the state's Court of Appeal.

Queensland Nickel's liquidators have been pursuing Mr Palmer over outstanding debts.

Last year, the liquidators lost their case but successfully had that decision set aside on appeal.

Mineralogy and the liquidators have until July 16 to make submissions about interest due on the amount and the costs of the proceedings.

More to come.

Let me get my head around this.
Folau comes home from France on compassionate grounds and agrees to only play for Catalans if he returns to professional footy, asks for a release from his Catalans contract to play park footy in QLD, as soon as they grant him a release he goes and signs with Japanese Rugby ?

What an absolute grub.
