I am talking about money and how much Brad Arthur being such a loser is going to cost us in gate takings and why if he cannot lift his standards the club is better off sacking him even though it will cost some money that they will need to give to pay him out.

Brad Arthur is a poor leader and that is why in 7 years the club has not developed any strong leaders. He has very low standards (for example he dresses badly and he does low standard press conferences that demotivate the fans). The players like him but have no respect for him. In the past 5 years we have had the worst behavior off the field in the competition. I think Brad is lazy and dumb. I don't think he gets what is needed from the club in terms of support thats why last season went so badly. Thats a reflection on him and how he lacks influence.
He talks pretty dumb.

The only thing that has raised concern for me is the fact that the team played terrible in North Queensland (which i guess is par for the course of our club when we travel up there) and then on Thursday was on par with the SK years in terms of lack of performance and complete lack of any direction and motivation.

That was after he re-signed.

For the record i was happy to re-sign him, so i guess i have been pro re-signing him and 2 losses don't tell us everything, it is just the manner in which we lost and the timing of those losses.

Friday night they will be playing a depleted side in the Rabbitohs, if there is the same effort again (they don't have to win) then i really can't fault people pissing their pants over re-signing the coach.

Merkins like you predicted that our wooden spoon would hurt us in attendances at our new stadium this year. But memberships were up yet again, and crowds have been good. When was the last time there were 16 thousand at a Thursday night game in Sydney?

Imo highly entertaining and if I were a Bunnys Supporter it would have me very positive about the season ahead.
When asked about injurys etc Bennetts reply was "you coach the team to play well, you coach the team to be resilient, you coach the team to play for each other. " Simple words and comments that are a given I'm sure but not always easy to make happen. Regardless of the situation he exudes confidence and takes responsibility. Maybe its just me but I love his style.

Yes and it has not worked.

It's worked for plenty of coaches.

As far as whether or not it's working for Arthur, you can't isolate anything about the coach as the cause of our lack of success. The only year in Arthur's tenure that we've underachieved was 2018. This year we're back on track to finish where the squad is expected to.

he probably doesnt, because he has on field leaders that can fire the team up. Arthur doesnt have leaders. He cannot develop leaders and never has because he cannot. The players have no respect for Brad. He needs to find something. He is not going to find "analysis" because he is what he is in this regard. Find some passion.
