Grima is the skills coach, Gentle was the defence coach. So it is correct.

Yes he was, but from reports Grima stepped up to the assistant role after Gentle left.

Also really what assistant coach should he have appointed ?

Maybe he was waiting for the right one.

Google intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet.

If you stick with it your body burns your fat rather than excess sugar.

Very effective for weight loss.

sure is

there is a few others that work as well

and that is the thing "if you stick with it"

Tohu Harris and Ben Matalino would have been good. If you think Packer would not have been that prop we need then I f**king give up.

Nearly all the ones the Tigers bought. Titans too. The Warriors also.

In terms of props, they really bought Matulino and Packer.

Packer has six games, runs 9 times a game for 86m and makes 30 tackles. Allegedly for 550k a season.

On the plus side he broke his first tackle of the year last week, so things are looking up!

Matulino has been better. Runs 11 times a game for 95m, making 26 tackles. He also doesn't break many tackles.

They aren't even close to what we need, it's just grass is greener daydreaming

Yeah I can't run long distances because my knee is shot. Bike is good, you can burn a decent amount of calories on a stationary bike. I don't even red-line and I get about 700-800 calories an hour (although I don't cycle for the full hour, I'd probably die lol). Plus it's good for developing your leg muscles a bit without having to do squats or anything too intense.

Before i went OS over Xmas last year i bought a bike and used to ride for about 45 minutes a night with my daughter on top of doing the normal daily exercise routine.

Then we got back and it was stinking hot and i was paranoid that people would laugh at me because the tyres might look flatter or something and we just haven't got back into it. Now it is cooling down that is certainly the plan.

Mate missing meals or stop eating is a big no no if you want to drop some weight.

in between your main three (healthy) daily meals, try and snack on some nuts, or a piece of fruit or some yogurt, that way you eating 6-7 times a day so to speak. Increase fibre and drink lots of water, stay clear of fried or junk food, up the veggie content

Agree with Bazal with intensity and Resistance training, will go a huge way

Remember baby steps, Im sure you didn't gain a lot of weight overnight, and it wont disappear overnight either

I have tried everything you can think of for periods of time and the only time i have ever been successful in losing weight is when i skip meals. Doing what you suggested i pack on the weight like i was eating KFC all day every day. I had to stop it. Talk about depressing!

Science is great and all and certainly the best way to prove something but sometimes there are anomalies in those results and as someone who is 39 and been on this trend for pretty much his entire life i can safely assume i know my body better than what some scientist says.

I have a problem with food, plain and simple, more importantly i have a mental issue with food. If i drank too much or smoked, gambled or did drugs you would call me an addict and put me in a program or something but because it is food i am just a fat lazy slob!

And i will finish by saying, i blame nobody but myself because if i wasn't so mentally piss weak i wouldn't have to fight those voices that drive me damn near crazy!!!

Back to BA, i think he will be here till the end of next year regardless of our results. We aint paying out another coach!

Agnasious Passi

Is one I wanted last season. He's just about the only prop on the market last season that I think would have improved our pack markedly (given McLean was never, ever coming to Sydney)

Yeah I hate our results this year especially after there was so much promise. It f**ken sucks!! I can hardly watch any footy as it’s depressing knowing our season is over by round 10.

However maybe BA deserves some credit and has done the right thing with our cap and signings, he didn’t rush into the market to buy any prop even when he said we are looking for one. He could have been desperate and made the same stupid mistakes that have f**ked up manly’s / dogs the raiders ability to turn their squad around.

We have no real long term deals that look stupid and we have a shit load of players off contract allowing us to made sufficient changes to squad for 2019!!

Let’s not forget we have scored the same tries as the opposition 5 or so times this year yet have lost, surely this indicates which don’t need a huge amount of changes to have some decent improvement in us for 2019.

What do you guys think about Arthur allowing his teenage son in the coach’s box during the game against Cronulla? A little unprofessional ?
No problem what so ever

His son also helps out in all sorts of ways on the sideline ... he is cool
