Because he was the one that had the wrong tactics and motivational issues against the Cowboys and the Dogs and the right ones against the Storm and the Panthers.
My organisation submits tenders week in week out with the intention to successfully win work.
We win Tenders in the millions and lose Tenders that are few thousand bucks all the time.
Obviously we have a higher success rate with smaller contracts as they are "easier" to procure. But it does not mean we don't lose them at all.
I don't necessarily agree that BA is a poor motivator or uses poor tactics. Much like when we are actively trying to win more work (we don't necessarily lose it because of a lack of motivation or poor use of tactics). There is a multitude of factors that can impact this much like yesterday when we lost to the Bulldogs.
Maybe next week will be a "million dollar contract week" where we belt the Roosters? It's all part of the game.
Lets see how we are sitting in 6-8 weeks time.
