Fact ? i don't think you would still be on this subject on this forum if you knew Bellamy wasn't coming.

 I agree. Its like therapy. Putting it down on paper (so to speak) helps to reaffirm ones suspicions and soften the blow when (if) the bad news arrives.

I am picturing George Costanza conversing with Jerry at the Restaurant..."i told you he wasn't coming....didn't I tell you he wasn't coming....I knew it...I just knew it...nothing good ever happens to me Jerry"

I'm picturing Doust at the Taj advising Price that Bellamy is coming and reassuring him in saying ‘don’t worry Steve, you still have a job as assistant coach and we won’t be cutting your salary’.

What do you mean OT?

Well picture this KiamaSaint. Bellamy is about to sign on the dotted line and Doust says to him, "of course you can assure our club and our sponsors that you are squakly clean in light of yesterdays momentous proceedings". Bellamy replies ...........................?????

The slightest taint of anything improper will have sponsors jumping ship very quickly. And who knows what this investigation will dig up. Doust would potentially be in a various invidious position,

Last night the Storm were thrashed by the Raiders in their last trial match before heading off to England.

"I know we had some guys missing, but to put in a performance like that was very disappointing," said Walters.

"Particularly defensively, one of the strong trademarks of the Storm and today it was non-existent."

"I think most of it was down to attitude."

The Storm will name their WCC squad on Saturday, two days before flying to England. Maybe the player's poor attitude has something to do with Bellamy's pending announcement on his coaching future.
