We signed him from Souths in 2002. Debuted with the Adelaide Rams and then played for the Dogs before moving to the Bunnies. Peakhurst Rams? was his junior club.

Might have been Rod Reddy he followed, Willow. Saints lower grades in 95-96 where Reddy was reserves coach, then Reddy's Rams, and back to Smith's (and Reddy's) Eels via the Dogs.

Anyway it's a good signing. Adds some experience to the front row depth chart.
