Agree, we do need one on the bench it's not as if we have smith or farah in our side who can play 80 mins without it affecting their game.Rein makes enough dumb decisions as it is let alone when he gets tired.I suppose if rein gets injured he'll throw the slug ah mau in at hooker.FFS

Sorry to intrude, long time reader, hardly ever post anything.

BUT

I'm done! I can't watch this go on anymore! Sick of seeing Price tear this club apart. If you going to give some young guys ago, don't do it in half cuts! Please put in a different half-back a proper one, give someone else ago, don't have to necessarily drop Fien (can be put on the bench to come on and play a hooker/half position, similar to this role when Bennett was about)

Green cannot play Centre IMO, rather see a U20's Centre being given ago then watch Green and/or Prior in that position!!

It's really F**** killing me!

We now officially have the smallest prop rotation in the nrl. Only Stockwell being a traditional prop, this should be interesting

5 more weeks of this hell. I have never wanted a season to end so bad. I hate the off season with a pasion but hopefully this one will bear fruit with the sacking of Price. If not we have 26 more rounds of pain fellas.

Green wasn't too bad yesterday. He came up with some good tackles.

Creagh to prop is a step in the right direction. I'm not actually sure he is going to cut it in that position but he sure as hell needs to leave the edge. I'd rather him at lock and Merrin at prop. Truth be told I'd rather JDB at lock but given out front row shortage I guess it's not an option.

But it's good to at least get a glimpse of what may happen next year. I don't think we are going to land our mega prop so we may need to use what we have in a different manner and hope Thompson can liven things up.

Of course a new coach would be a great start. That we can get.

Just thinking a little more about team selections and it hit me that if I was coach Price sitting there in my y-fronts on the lounge, clip board in one hand and a set of dice in the other. What would I do.......I have a contract for next year and probably some performance based criteria involved, why do I need to take risks and risk really getting flogged. The ghost of Doustie can be heard in the kitchen opening the fridge for another Crownie.......he keeps whispering don't embarrass the club and you might keep your job.

I think this numnut actually he's got a chance to keep his job if we don't get belted. How inspirational
