Geez thats a bit harsh putting the mental attitude of the players onto the coach i think after all those years of playing grade footy its up to the players to make sure they can mentally be ready on game day and then utilise the coaches training plans.
I'm quiet sure in your mind its Elliots fault no matter what and i guess Elliot has to decide what flavour gatorade the players want to drink...?

Either way i have protested my thoughts about elliott since the beginning im sure some of use will remember me saying i didnt want him and we should have kept johnny.

Well i still feel the same i like the style elliott is trying to give us and if we could only pefect it we could and should be top 4 but well as much as he tries i still feel we should have kept john and we would be top 4 easily.

But at the end of the day its the players playing and we got to admit to that and act on it.

The likes of wesser joely etc are struggling with form now im sure many will agree on the wesser front so il pose the question if it was a new bloke playing like wesser would we keep him 1st grade i think the answer is a big NO so i ask why is he not being rested or something.

I wont blame il performances on wesser so please dont think i am but something has to be done on the poor skills and inconsistencies we have shown.

Every day I thank the rugby league powers that my local area is in Panther and not Eels territory.
