Commercially this will be terrible, all sorts of pressure from sponsors and fans. In todays society these circumstances are completely intolerable and Men are crucified before they get to defend themselves.

Public opinion ends many careers before they even get to begin unfortunately.

For dyl Brown it is a good thing. If he doesn't change his ways, then yes, he should just disappear coz he's a real dick.

Commercially, it will be a short set back and it reinforces the club to put more education in place to their young stars.

Penrith are down Cleary for 6 weeks, Storm got walloped, Sharks are Flat track bullies.

The comp is wide open we have a good 3 week draw in between byes to make a charge into the 8 and possibly on fringe of the top 4.

And Dylan has gone out and possibly got himself on the sidelines.

Yep, hugely disappointing.
You can cop it if a player gets an injury that puts him out for a period of time, but when they are missing games just from their own stupidity then it's hard to take.

I don’t think it’s a big deal at all, but it’s 2023 and merkins with camera phones are everywhere. You can’t do anything anymore, my dad worked nights at the Canterbury hotel for years. Some of the stories he told me. The players today are angels compared to the guys from the 60’s/70’s.

I'd forgotten all about it until someone mentioned his previous form in here... and even with a google search was surprised to see it was as recent as 2021! No meaningful repercussions, and no lessons learnt.

In my youth the worst this would have entailed is a smack in the head from the boyfriend / bouncer.
