This is what concerns me.

Sharp for the last month has kept going on about Arthur and he being the person who should coach our club.

Hadley said on radio today that the 4 board members haven't included the 5th member of the board on the coaching appointment of the first grade side. Why?

Why would Sharp do an interview before a board meeting with Dean Ritchie and make those stupid statements.

So Sharp knew before the board meeting that he didn't have the full support from the board but made it public?

The majority of us bagged the previous admin regarding the leaks, this is right up there.

Taylor stands no chance if the Deputy and Vice Deputy don't want him there!!!!

According to constitution, chairman gets one vote, the deciding vote is the secretary's (CEO) if the board has approve them having a vote at their first board meeting.

I spoke with Andrew Hill, Matt Cameron and Gareth Holmes at the GF, was told Hilly would be head coach, Matt would be FOM and Gareth would be Orange Shirt for next year.

I'm telling you guys unless we take action ourselves to change the constitution from a board of elected morons, to an elected one man dictator, who then hires his own executive team, then we will always be open to this type of total incompetent board room shenanigan abortions.

Either that or if we cross our fingers and toes for long enough, we might eventually fail so badly that we are within an inch of our survival and the league will then and only then(cos these guys are dead set boofhead themselves) step in to restructure and save us. The decision has to ultimately be unanimous for it to have any chance of being successful. There is no issue with them disagreeing and thrashing it out in the boardroom. That's their job.

We've been going to war since the dawn of time to prove we're right and someone else is wrong. How can a coach possibly succeed if half his employers think he's not the right man for the job. They can't have him proving them wrong.

Making it public and getting the media involved was diabolical incompetence. Although I'm sure they all think they're only doing what's best for the club they can't possibly believe any of this is actually helping us move forward.

Establish some black and white criteria they can all 100% agree on and then look at each candidate and whether they can satisfy the criteria.

No egos, no emotions, no opinions, just facts and figures.

That's why I have been saying that the joint needs a total restructure.

The way it is now has never worked for us, EVER!!!


Even in our successful years, the management was useless and that's why when the great players faded out, we have had no GF success ever since.

I know some people here love him, but to keep a coach that quite evidently can not relate to people what so ever for 10 years, that was never going to win a premiership, is again a sign of useless merkins who were satisfied with being there a bouts also rans. Look at what successful clubs did with him after just a couple.

And for a club like Parra it is just pathetic, especially when you look at clubs like Canterbury, Manly & Easts, who should be well and truly in our shadow. Instead we wish we were them.
