The decision has to ultimately be unanimous for it to have any chance of being successful. There is no issue with them disagreeing and thrashing it out in the boardroom. That's their job.

We've been going to war since the dawn of time to prove we're right and someone else is wrong. How can a coach possibly succeed if half his employers think he's not the right man for the job. They can't have him proving them wrong.

Making it public and getting the media involved was diabolical incompetence. Although I'm sure they all think they're only doing what's best for the club they can't possibly believe any of this is actually helping us move forward.

Establish some black and white criteria they can all 100% agree on and then look at each candidate and whether they can satisfy the criteria.

No egos, no emotions, no opinions, just facts and figures.

When I slammed him for being in fact very dumb and not the up to the job he was elected to do, a whole bunch of you merkins defended him and said things like give him a chance to prove himself.

It is a bit embarrassing the way it's being portrayed but if he wanted to I wouldn't knock him for it but he would need to pay his dues in the coaching department first. (Yes I know Kenny started to, but I think he should start from ground level again as well)

Mate i never posted on there, so i had no idea what happened before i joined up to this site. I'm just going on from what i have seen since he got the arse. And yes we know he was still around in 09 but it was 08 where his power majority was eroded.
