so have we heard any outcomes from this meeting yet? or is it still going

I've heard they're at afternoon tea.

If it is a board meeting, and just from how the old board use to meet, and the fact the new board all have jobs. I recoken the meeting will be starting some time after 6 pm mate.

It was stated that the meeting would be AM, as in, this morning.

Really Mate, I didn't see that anywhere.

Good to see the board members are taking leave of their jobs to get in with the task at hand. Good dedication from them!

Was it even stated that it was a full on board meeting? I only read about Bob Bentley arranging a meeting with Kearney himself.

It was actually stated here somewhere that he was meeting with the board on Tuesday. It was in the media. Can't be f**ked looking for it though.

Actually, I think it's a vote of confidence from the man pouring millions into our club.
He must know something, otherwise, why would he pour money into the Titanic?

That doesn't mean anything, directors are always buying on market in their companies only for dud results to occur, director of Babcock and brown bought 1 million on market, weeks later it was no longer, it is know different

Dumbest thing you've ever posted. Particularly the "know different" bit.

Not as dumb as you thinking sponsors know how to spot a good coach ;)

You remember Paul langmack? He was given a 3 year extension, he was sacked months later, I am sure the board thought they knew something too:lol:

I bet Langmack didn't have the same clause in his contract about early termination

Thought they knew something there too

So according to 10 News, on the agenda for the meeting is the board want Hayne made captain and bringing in someone to help Kearney, possibly Graham Murray.

I hope the board are not trying to influence captaincy decisions. Keep your hands off the footy team.
