I dont think we need a Masters degree to work out the most likely candidate to do that....
I just said the same thing as both of you and had the post deleted.

St George = Nathan Brown, etc,all short memories since Bennett was there, as supporters we are definitely piss weak. The board has made a decision, which I sort of agree with, everyone seems to forget how woeful we played with a pretty decent roster. I don't remember the board etc on the field, still easy to believe the agend a driven shock jock.
I turned it off as soon as he started as it was obvious where the info came from, someone who is bitter after losing out recently.
It doesn't matter. I'd rather vote for a turnip than this mob I voted for last time. What an absolute fool I was. Bet they laugh themselves silly. Not for long but.
Have another look after a win, you'll see them.....I don't remember the board etc on the field....

At the risk of opening a can of worms, where has Anderson 'stuffed up' ? I have to admit that I wasnt a fan of his signing originally, but he's won me over. I believe the 'independant review' report will not overly criticise his coaching either.Parra09, I dont know why you think DA had no input, still you have an opinion that I think is incorrect. Someone should ask Ando about some recent signings and his thoughts on them......We sat through a Fitzy inspired signing in Hagan which was disastrous, if an employee is not meeting expectations then a change has to be made.
I don't know where most of you work, but this is what happens when you stuff up
Mate if he had a halfback, we make the top 8. This year morts and robson were heavily targeted and with limited skill, they struggled. Is that Ando's fault??????
This whole thing is disgraceful. Ray Hadley did not bring up the allegations of racial vilification. What he said was that the info that he has been given is that if Ando does not resign, an unsubstantiated and untrue allegation of racial vilification would be released to the media. Ray said the allegations were not true - as the statement from Feleti indicates.
The way the Parramatta board have treated Ando is an absolute disgrace. No wonder the team had the trouble concentrating on their games and succeeding on the field this year, with the back-stabbing and infighting of the board going on in the background. No one would operate effectively within the poisonous climate that has been around the club this year. There is a lack of leadership in the place and Ando has not been permitted to do his job.
Look at well run clubs like St George where the coach has all the responsibility and accountability for the team's success. The difference between them and us is marked. God knows Ando has not had the opportunity to build on last year's efforts. Let him see out his contract and do what we hired him to do.
I am absolutely incensed at the goings on and it kills me to say this, but after nearly 38 years as a parramatta supporter, I am seriously considering giving the club, and my season tickets, a wide berth next year.
It's Ando's fault that he continually selected them in first grade. It's ando's fault that he insisted on turning mortz into a 7 when he isn't a halfbacks arsehole. And as the coach isn't it ando's job to develop those skills within his players?
A fair portion of fault has to lie with ando over the mortz/robbo/halfback situation

Well seeing as though we're sacking people who don't perform this year we might as well tear up Daniel Mortimer's and Matt Keating's contracts....hell, why don't the board sack themselves too? because apparently the consensus around here is...if we don't have perfection then you don't deserve a job or any type of job security and your contract means nothing. I understand that you have to perform; KPI's; etc, however the way this has/is being carried out, nobody will be left with any dignity or value. There are mixed views about Anderson and there are mixed views about our board but as it stands, no one is going to come out of this for the better. Anderson will be without a job; The board continues to drag themselves and our club through the mud, admist media scrutiny and the team AGAIN has to adapt to a new coaching style which may take some time to yield on-field success and this new coach will have to start with a squad he didn't assemble.
Our problems this year have been blown way too far out of proportion. As far as I stand we have two major problems at the club right now.
1) We don't have a playmaker other than Hayne
2) The rumours; inneundo; and leaks coming out of the club creating instability in culture and disharmony in the workplace
How about we solve those problems first before looking at the coach? The problems with our club are a lot simplier than what they seem.
Step 1) Find another decent playmaker
Step 2) Re-instate a media manager and p*ss off all the media seagulls flying around our club
Step 3) Playout the 2011 season
Step 4) Then decide whether or not to keep Daniel Anderson
It's a multiplier effect, but you solve these two issues and it goes a long way to solving any other little problems our club has.
All I can say is the mindset of a lot of the people involved in our club this year is simply F***ED. Everyone needs to take a step back, grow up and look at the problems as they are.
A new coach where we stand now, is a bandaid solution. Solve those two problems I mentioned above and re-assess where we stand in 12 months time. If Anderson hasn't performed by then, then by all means he deserves not to have his contract re-newed, but everything going on right now? It's all a bad joke....
Yeah because last time I looked we have Andrew Johns in Wenty, J Thurston in NYC, and P Sterling in S G Ball.
