Cronulla gift the Eels a great chance near half way with a loose pass.

Clay comes to the right and finds Davis out the back but Cronulla read the play easily and trap Davis.

Daoud sends a desperate bomb to the right on the last...it looks to be too deep but the Parra chasers don't fall off and bat the ball back. Dockar-Clay is on hand to dive on the bouncing ball and the ref points to the spot for a Parra try.

Davis is successful from in front.

Parra lead Cronulla 38-34

Cronulla shock no one with a short kick off attempt but Davis comes away with the ball after a heavy contest.

Parra take a few hit ups before the siren rings out and Dockar-Clay tries to find touch to end the game. His kick is too shallow and is deflected by a Cronulla defender but Lavaka dives on the loose ball to signal full time.

Very ordinary game but you won't catch me complaining that we got the win.

There some good individual efforts but it was easily one of the worst performances of the season.

Cronulla to their credit did play well and we were missing some serious talent but we will need to improve for next week's game against the Dragons.

Well the bloody things only have binary outcome so excuse me for my poor attempts at spicing them up!

If you merkins are happy with a simple successful/unsuccessful description it works just fine for me.

In geneal I though my call was a bit below par today. I was trying to chat to some friendly home supporters while typing and it didn't always work so well.

You work well under pressure 40. The part in bold is the first mistake of the night i picked up and thats after the game is over and the pressure is off. :lol: Keep up the good work.
