Davis snags the kickoff under the posts and sends Tanginoa on his way for the first hit up.

The Eels attack down their right and find some second phase play but the Dragons are able to shut the play down.

Dockar-Clay bombs it on the last and the Dragons take it cleanly before earning a penalty for high shot from the next play.

The kick finds touch 5m short of halfway.

Good talk from the Parra defence early in this set as they mark up across both sides of the field.

The Dragons look for a chip to Goodall's corner on the last but they knock on in the contest for the ball and Parra get the turnover.

Matterson has the flu.

Great metres for Parra up the middle, spearheaded by a sharp dart from Lussick.

Parra undo the good work with an error in the play-the-ball 10m into the Dragon's half.

There is a very strong tackle from Tanginoa and Moeroa early in this set.

The Dragons look to spin it wide after struggling up the middle but as they attack our right-edge with a cutout out ball it is dropped by their winger.

Parra scrum 30m out from their line.

Good charge from Kelepi.

Dockar-Clay brings play down the right and holds the ball up nicely to nearly open the Dragons up.

Daoud then sends the ball to our left with a loooonnng cutout ball that nearly hospitalises Tagilima and also brings up the last tackle.

Dockar-Clay bombs it to our right, Lavaka bats the ball back but no one is on hand to secure the ball and it rolls back. There is a scramble for the ball and Parra are lucky to pick up another set after a knock on from a Dragon.

Davis takes the ball from the scrum. Might have been something on to his left but he took the tackle.

Parra make repeated attempts to score next to the posts but the Dragons show some good commitment in defence.

The focus near the sticks did open up some space on the edges and Daoud and Davis waste no time in exploiting it with simple hands catching St George short on their right.

Goodall steps inside the cover defence and scores out wide.

St George once more aim for the cross bar from the kick off but it is safely taken by Lussick.

Simple set by the Eels that ends in a Dockar-Clay kicks that runs dead.

& tackle set from the Dragons.

Still plenty of talk from the boy in defence with Davis marshalling them well from the back.

The Eels do a good job of containing the Dragons from the extended set and Davis takes the last tackle bomb well to start the set for Parra.

Lussick pinches some good metres from dummy half and Tepu-Smith follows him up with a strong carry.

The fifth tackle bomb is taken under a good deal of pressure by the Dragon's fullback by the solid kick chase pins him down immediately.

Fabian Goodall makes a good kick return from an astute St George kick. Parra earn their first penalty of the game in the following play and Davis has a massive touch finder to take play well into St George's half.

Tanginoa gets the ball all the way to the Dragon's goal line with a powerful run and Jeff Markus does it all himself afterwards.

The ball comes to him near the left edge and he steps gorgeously off his left foot to bamboozle the sliding defence ans score next to the posts.

Nice step by markus and easy try, we are killing them up the guts. The two front rowers are killing them.
