Another good charge from Tanginoa gets the kickoff set underway for the Eels.

There is a wicked 'thunk' as Moeroa runs it down our left. That was some brutal contact.

Parra end their set with an excellent kick that finds touch metres out from St George's line.

The Eels defend well early in this set but the Dragons catch them short down their left edge and Jack Bird scores a long range try.

I think it was Folau that slipped in the defensive line which created the overlap but it was soft stuff.

Conversion is successful

St George trail Parra 6-10

20min gone.

There was a very good call from Daoud or Dockar-Clay that set, whichever it was they were screaming at Goodall to get back for the kick which he duly obliged and got the ball back

Parra got on the attack but make a mistake as they come down their right edge. Wasted chance.

Time off for a Dragon who is on the ground but he finds his feet after a moment.

St Geroge scrum ~25m from their line.

Parra have successfully challenged the knock on call and receive a penalty.

Markus nearly repeats his earlier effort but the defence trap him off his left foot time time.

Moeroa hurls himself at the line on the next play but once again the Dragons meet him well.

Parra come back to the posts with some second phase play but are pulled down and Dockar-Clay chips it on the last, earning a line drop out.

Dockar-Clay gets a second drop out after weaving in a clever grubber.

Pressure building now.

Davis sends Tanginoa towards the defence and Mauala follows him down the left.

The Eels send the ball to the opposite edge and once again find the Dragons short with a straight forward backline move as Halauafu Lavaka crosses in the corner.

good reward for some great pressure from the boot of Dockar-Clay in earlier sets.

Suggestion of a high shot on Markus there.

Mauala gets the ball over halfway for the last tackle and Daoud stabs it towards the goal line.

Davis calls for his troops to shift left.

The Dragons have some sloppy second phase play before Goodall snaffles up a loose offload 10m into Parra's half.

Dockar-Clay nearly slices through but is pulled down and he throws a poor ball out the back that is dived on by Lussick.

Clay recovers to put in a kick on the next tackle. He chips it back towards the posts for Davis, who is hit by a blocker and St George field the ball.

The Eels defend well in this set, restricting the Dragons to a poor gain before Davis makes a superb kick return and offload to Tagilima, who promptly loses the ball.
