Was just about to post something similar. He is a tired coach, devoid of ideas. He said something about being 0 and 6 last year which ended our season. If that happens again by his own assessment our season will be over and he should be gone by the end of April.

He was out of idea's round 4 last year, and from what I saw from the trial not much has changed. I hope I'm wrong but I'll be shocked if he is still here in 2020.
