That’s very different to any experience I’ve had with them in the past few years. If it’s during business hours, I always get at least an acknowledgment reply email within an hour. I’ve even had Hayden (who must have the worse job in the world putting up with us), reply to an email at 8pm on a Sunday night when he is certainly not “on the clock”When dealing with membership issues in the past some times it takes 3 days to get a response or you are on hold for 2 hours.
