Next we need a Tito.
Next we need a Tito.
Maybe the judges are Jack High.lol if we can't beat Lawn bowls or GWS we should give up.
Wasnt Dunamis Lui, when signed, announced as top 30 in 2023? Its obviously a bargaining tool that dosent mean anything.Dailytelegraph did a piece on the best rookies coming through at every club. These are ours
Eels
Toni Mataele
Club: Eels
Position: Back-rower
The departures of Isaiah Papali’i and Marata Niukore have opened the door for this outstanding junior, who has represented NSW through the grades, to potentially challenge new recruits Jack Murchie and Matt Doorey for an NRL call-up at some point in 2023. Powerfully built and can play middle or edge, the fact the club brought him back after a brief stint at Newcastle tells you they obviously rate him as a future first grader. Mataele is currently on a development deal and will be promoted into the top-30 squad in 2024.
Blaize Talagi
Club: Eels
Position: Five-eighth
Likened to Trent Barrett for the fact he loves to run the ball and is an outstanding defender. Could be a couple of years off NRL, but then again you just have to think back to how quickly everything happened for Dylan Brown to understand why we have put him on this list now. The other young Eels playmaker to keep an eye out for is Ethan Sanders, who is a Cooper Cronk-style organising halfback.
Sam Tuivaiti
Club: Eels
Position: Prop
A big unit with good leg speed, a huge motor and a devastating ball runner to boot. Recognised as a player more than capable of stamping his authority in the coming years.

Yep, cool name plus signed from a rival club (who might not have even wanted to keep him) plus a story about the Eels. He could be the next Marmin Barba.* Mole
