So it looks like a short term position as part of a review; rather than full time employment/creation of a new role and department?

Hopefully this role has been created with a view of permanency (whether is Nathan Brown or whoever else).

For us to progress we need to be strengthening and pumping more resources into our pathways. Not just cheap short term reviews.
