Gee that's a bit rough mate, before the Dogs game we were all Excited at what he brought to the side. It's been a shit year all round and maybe he should have a good rest and get his head and hammies right for next year but none of this season has really been his fault.

It's Paul Kents fault for cursing the 7 jersey back in 1989.

Sorry brother but I don't pander to these footballers they are just that footballers. Do you think the great Jack Gibson would put up with it? I know times have changed and Foz needs some compassion but this is a business and so far he has had a horrible year and has been a dud. It pains me to say it. I love him as a player but as I said earlier he should take the rest of the year off and get better. We then reassess in 2017 and make a call for 2018 seeing that he has options in his contract.

Which is why he should not represent our club whilst being in this mode. Let's not sugar coat it, with his dodgy hammies, current situation and bang for our buck so far he has been an awful signing. All for a cool $100,000 per month but hey that's just a drop in the ocean for our Foz.

Ok, fine whatever his done isn't right, yes I get that.

Nothing excuses his behaviour.

But you have got to be kidding me? Awful signing?

Are we watching the same games? I don't understand the hate for Foran, his an unbelievable team player, him playing at 50% of his capabilities is more then enough. This year, he was just starting to hit his straps until this whole situation went down, up until that point he wasn't setting the place on fire but my god did he make our team click.

Norman going to another level? Foz helped that, our defense? Foz helped that, a calming influence? Foz helped with that, a leader ON THE FIELD, Foz helped that, guiding the troops around play by play? Foz helped with, linking with Norman and causing havoc to opposition defences, Foz helped with that.

I'm baffled by everyone's attitude towards it all, not everyone is Jarryd Hayne and gonna side step the whole team every second touch of the ball.

I would say the situation we are in as a club right now has irked everyone and pissed them off and Foz having his issues within that time has stirred people up, but to call him an awful signing is straight up ridiculous.

I don't know what you lot expect, but his the player we have been craving for years, we have been a one man team for the past 7 or so years, BA has now created a team that is playing with steel, a great mental edge, never say die, die for each other attitude within the team and Foz is a huge part of that. No coincidence we have gone to another level since his arrival.

Look at DCE, he ain't as good as we all thought he was now, is he?

Sorry, I'm not having a go at you directly but I can't believe some of the shit I've read on here about Foran.

You can have a go it's fine but in my opinion he has been a dud signing so far. I expected more at his price. You realize we are getting Norman for $650k? Now there is some bang for your buck.

The solidarity and renewed toughness in our team can be mainly attributed to Beau Scott. Now that's a player.

Norman without Foran is worth about 400k.

Foran brings the steel to this side which is why we were a premiership threat before the salary cap issue.

And I can tell you for sure that jack Gibson wouldn't have given a flying f**k if Foran was a punter.

His only condition would have been that jack took his bets.

When he is in the right mode he is a phenomenal player but the point is he hasn't been. Not saying he won't be but so far it's been a fail from me. Dude he is on $1.2 million. That's corporate CEO money.

No dude he is on about $350k now. This is the price we are getting him for next year.

I'm well aware of what his currently on.

My question is, the way Norman was playing last year would you pay 650k for him?

Cause I probably wouldn't, and why I'm asking that is because Foran's arrival coinciding with Norman's flourishing form is no coincidence.

I am starting to see a very similar situation to Sandow. Remember what players said about him? Remember what Cayless said? All seems so sadly familIar.

Norman has had great games without him. I'm pretty sure he was our best in 2015.

agree - it certainly hasn't gone well .... but i think the way the other players rallied for him after the dogs game showed the effect he has had on them

we have a really tight group of players now and I think he's part of the reason ... perhaps Norman wouldn't even be considering staying for 650k if he didn't enjoy being here??? ... and i think foran is making a difference to the vibe of the place

And I know people are going to say that football is his release etc. Assuming this is true our captain is obviously not well. This coming out of rebab to play and going back seems very unorthodox to me. I feel for him, life is bigger than the game. Take an extended break , Foz. f**k footy mate.

PS Wilson makes Kent look like Frilingos.

Mate, I cannot speak for Foran but I have severe anxiety and have for about fifteen years to varying degrees. Sport is the one place I feel in control. When I played footy and, now that I've retired from that, playing cricket all year round keeps me a little bit saner. Doing something you love doing takes a massive weight off the shoulders, so I don't think it's that unorthodox. Different people cope in different ways I guess

You've lost the plot.

You read an article that he's a gambler and all of a sudden he's Chris sandow?
