The thing that shits me is that the NRL know that every club does this with TPA's. To assume anything else is a nonsense. That's why the term 'due process' was used. Look at every clubs TPA agreements and investigate thoroughly. If that is not possible have a amnesty where all clubs come clean, adjust the system and have every club sign the document with a fixed penalty for a breach. Not this subjective shit that everyone is speculating on.
And how would Ray know that?
Why would you take leave when the club is under the pump like this??? He's the f**king director of football ffs.Was in th car and turned the radio off as soon as Raaay started the broadcast on behalf of th emperor, he did say that DA has suddenly taken leave, no reason given.
My opinion on him hasn't changed

 Scotty Seaweed as well.Visiting Andrew Gee?
Visiting Andrew Gee?
+1 it needs to be said that the only time that points have been deducted is when there has been a whistle blower to the media. Simply put the NRL are either ineffective of policing the cap or really don't want to unless they have to.
Visiting Andrew Gee?
That's right. But the NRL have no power to compel private organisations to speak to them. So, in the absence of a whistleblower, what do you propose that they do?
