Well the question was should he stay beyond this year and win a premiership and since most likely the penality will be this year, it is an irrelevant comment.

There has been so many people I know jumping at shadows, blowing up that the board has not stepped down. As we all know, there has been no ruling so I find it very hard to believe the board has been given any ultimatum.

That article by Newscorpse Journo, Wilson.....Ray over at the 'Power Station' backed it up. I read something very similar by Masters early last week. If Parra cheated the cap for a decade, as has been alleged, how come they never won nothing? Parra's a bit like the Russians, they've been systematically doping for years yet have won nothing.

If standing down reduces the amount of points we lose, I hope sharp digs his heels in, and negotiates zero points loss if he's to stand down.

I would think if we lose 10 points and the board stepping down thing was never an option/get out then our board will come out and say something along the lines of "despite media reports to the contrary the nrl never served us with an ultimatum to step down and reduce the penalty" to save face with the voting members. And they won't come out and say it if it wasn't true
