Did anybody else watch the NYC on Saturday.I was dissapointed with the lack of go forward in the whole team.Last year we had the wingers and centres helping the forwards and making great yardage. As for the forwards aside from Mannah and Baumann we lack any real punch.Kicking game was poor and every time they hit our right side defence they cut us to pieces.I think we were very lucky to be in the contest for so long in the game.

I think because we hadn't really come up against a great team we were under done.

We will learn for next time and our halves will be better for the run (it is only their second game together this year) they looked lost at times when we were attacking their line in the second half.

I think it will be a Parra/Panthers GF again though, those 2 teams are just awesome!!!

Not much interest in the NYC team.I wonder if Fitzys baby will be kept next year or they will go to 21s or 22s where there may be more players from all teams going up and down from first grade like they are from the NSW cup.

Cabt believe the coach didnt make any changes this week.Last week they were terrible

well mate, they were losing by 8 with 10 to go against arguebly one of the top sides in the comp and tony Williams kicked out on the full a couple of times from the re start which put them on the back foot.

I think given they were undefeated up until saturday and with the amount players unavailable due to injury and promotion I can understand that Cameron wouldn't make many if any changes.

both penrith and parra had a few out of the game. The scoreline did not tell the true story of the game. The game blew out only in the last 10.There is no need for the parra coach to make many changes.

Yer maybe but Penrith had 3 tries disallowed in the first half from the last pass being forward and we scored a lucky try when their winger dropped the ball coming out off his line. But as you said it was their first loss.

it's obvious that at full strength both sides are the best in the comp, I'd love to see a game with all the best under 20 players available because I think it'll be a corker.

Mannah went missing in that second half last week..

Allgood off the bench played terrific i feel!
Gee I thought Mannah was massively missed when he wasnt on the field.I feel he is the only forward with any punch. We definately need his brother back as well.If you took Mannah out of this team IMO they would struggle

Don't underestimate Canberra in the NYC.
The Raiders have a good Toyota Cup team as well. Tough pack and some really good backs. Josh Dugan at full back is a special player who is tagged for a quick rise into the NRL. He is only 17, but the word out of the Raiders camp is that he will make his NRL debut later in the season. He has already had a run with Souths Logan in the Queensland Cup (against a top 2 side Ipswich) and had a mighty game to show that he is capable of making the next step.
He has been signed by the Canberra Club until the end of 2011..so that shows the esteem he is held in the place.

granted mate he is a massive talent..just thought in one of the biggest games of the year he certainly wasnt as dominant as he can and has been...same could probably be said for williams aswell though.

I hope KK has a big game tomorrow night. The team needs it.Also they need T Williams to play out of his skin.We need a win after two pretty average performances.

Will be interesting to see how Hunt goes at fullback this week. I like his step and agility so maybe fullback might give him a chance to show his wares. Could also chime in nicely off the halves and should follow Williams closely for support play.

funny you say that he kinda reminded me of his old man when I last time I saw he play fullback a couple of weeks back.

I know he's a long way off it at the moment but he could become a very handy utility player in the future given that he's a handy half, 5/8 and perhaps fullback. From the little i have seen of him i really like his enthusiasm and he seems like a gutsy little bugger for his size.

Fair call mate i'm sure you've seen more of him than i have so i'll take your word for it. Hopefully he can have a big game this weekend. More than anything i want to see Williams start to string a number of good games together. He's got an amazing physique and i just hope he starts to get himself involved more often. Is he playing backrow or centre this weekend??

Hunt struggled at 1 a few weeks ago and I know he's a disruptive start due to injury and is playing in unfamiliar position but he does not step up to the plate as Nasso has also been in dodgy form.

TW will be playing at left centre i believe.
