That's because their tackles are genuinely dominant. We're trying to slow them by holding down, which will always lead to penalties.

Yeh, the ref's interpretations of the ruck area is quite alarming.
If the ref's decision's continue as they were in the first half for the second, I will not own a Plasma in one piece by full time. :x
