I know one thing we do need as a club and that's someone with solid marketing and media expertise . Whichever ticket or candidates are a success we have to repair our image as we are a deadset joke atm. Love Greenburg or hate him it was the image of the Canterbury club he repaired first .

Etu, you do realise that this weekends elections are not related to the running of our NRL team don't you?
In essence this is a board that controls Junior rugby league in the district and provides 2 or 3 directors to the Leagues Club board.

They don't hire the administrative side of the club.

you know what , I've actually got no affiliation to either side and for the record think that both parties have a bit to offer ( for the record I voted some of the current mob in ) however I do believe that in this day and age our board needs to be a little bit more dynamic and with want for a better word modern than just a few cashed up businessmen . I can promise you I've never met one of either party or the Indys in person ,phone or any other communication other than blogs .

I'm just a fan who believes that some guys running have a lot to offer and will continue to have my opinion . I don't see how you have an issue with my statement about us needing to repair our image when its 100% true . We have the luxury of picking and choosing who we want the massive issue is going to be getting a united board and in " my opinion " one party will be more inclined to work with the other than the other one will , however you're entitled yours as I'm entitled to mine and I don't see an issue in me posting another angle to people's comments as long as I abide by the rules . Ill ask you this If you're so neutral why then do you not jump on the more regular posters on here that are putting down candidates who aren't 3P ? Why aren't you asking them who their alligned to ? I bet you were the guy standing at the back of the crowd cheering while the new kid got picked on hey ..

Mate, there are a few people on here (I'd guess maybe 4 or 5) that defend 3P stoutly, but generally, I'd say that the majority have been very disappointed with the way things have unfolded since their election to both boards, and stated this accordingly.
So, when you say "the group", I don't think you really, thoroughly read every post.
3P have copped just as much shit on this site over the past 12 months as they have on nospam46.

I wasn't referring to the elections at all . It's quite obvious to those who care to notice that any newby will get shouted down on any topic that they dare to comment against the grain on . Personally I care 0% and enjoy the banter , I'm just stating what I've read over the years . There's an element on both sites but this ones known to have less individuals and nospam46 has probberbly had more spazzos . The whole site vs site stuff is actually quite amusing and shows the tribal passion that Eels fans embrace .

Isn't Todd Greenburg an employee of the Bulldogs club? I'm pretty sure he's not a member of their board.
