We're getting towards the end of both the NRL & ESL seasons so time to start ramping up the hype for this series..

Latest injury news...obviously shaun johnson breaking his ankle is massive...but now it looks like manu vatuvei is gonna be missing too..

On the other hand england still appear to be at full strength..

From memory the 2nd and 3rd Test were reasonably timed for Australian audiences totune in ... (assuming there is coverage and the KO times i saw are correct and kept to).

Can't wait, always cracking matches. 2 of NZs best out might turn the tables back in England's favour. Will Benji return?

nothing..you've made it up in ya head...

GB IS DEAD AND LONG MAY IT REMAIN SO..

Got my lines crossed

wiki said:
New Zealand had originally intended to host a tour by the French side, while Australia was speculated to host a Great Britain Lions tour. However the Australian Rugby League Commission declined to host a tour and as an alternative the Rugby Football League invited the New Zealand Rugby League to tour Great Britain for a three match series.[1]

I'd thought the Kiwis would still be playing a Lions team though.

You're quite happy the Lions are dead though I take it? Why?

Nah....meant Australian ! Thinking of myself here :D

So 1st game for a Qld based person should be very early Monday morn ( i.e. start work late or take a sickie !) ; 2nd is a late Saturday night start ( i.e. night out then home to a Test match); 3rd is a mid Saturday night start (i.e. dinner out then hopefully find a pub showing the game !)

England..

1. Tomkins or zac hardaker
2. Josh Charnley or tom lineham
3. Jack reed (had a strong season)
4. Kallum watkin
5. Ryan hall
6. Gareth widdop
7. Matty smith or danny maguire
8. James graham
9. Josh hodgson
10. George burgess
11. Liam farrell
12. Dunno??? He'll probably go with joel tomkins again
13. Sean o'loughlin

14. James roby or daz clark
15. Tom burgess
16. Id beg jamie peacock to give us 3 more games
17. Chris hill

Id chuck the leigh scrumhalf ryan brierley into the squad too

Funny that 2nd row used to be our strongest position..its now probably our weakest..

What is evident is we have competition for most positions now which is good

JWH appears to be a gone ski for the Kiwis after doing his knee last night. Has been in cracking form of late.
