Definite Media win there...

Makes me wonder also if next year they will go back to the MRC doing all games after the weekend? Stops the issue where 1 player gets off early in the weekend then the uproar when a player gets charged for another incident later in the weekend. Gives them a chance to rule on all similar incidents at the same time.

I think the problem here was they went lenient on Ennis especially with finals approaching but they knew they couldn't let Wighton escape as his was very blatant. If they sat on the same day they probably would have charged both

Anyway If we are sweating on them losing Wighton so we are a better chance of winning we may as well forfeit. The mucus tend to start slow for some reason when they have a big crowd behind them. We need to take our early chances each and every time they present themselves and get away early.

i want to beat Canberra this weekend with their best team available so happy that wighton is playing - but if that's not a shoulder charge then what is? They might as well bring it back because they have lost all credibility with what warrants a suspension. Not to mention they have now created a situation where if players slightly adjust their technique - seperation of the arm - they can shoulder charge.

I tend to agree. I actually thought he might be targeted.Having him out then in again would have been a good bit of gamesmanship. But I don't really believe it was planned that way......
