Big Pattycke did a lot more than just take THAT PASS.........you may have noticed one of the biggest dont argues on one Rod Jesen as well.

Grothe could be anythng, but he has brain explosions near his line and at times looks like he wishes he was playing in his band rather than playing footy.

Rooney in form is as good as anyone, had to blame a winger when yer team is down.

All three are very good/big wingers.

I think they are all not that good. They are all just big guys that run fast. No real skill about what they can do except that they can jump high and bump off smaller wingers with questionable defensive techniques.

what u dont remember richards palming off ty williams for the try of the year in the gf ;-)

Wasn't that Matty Bowen? Can't quite remember.

But even if it was Ty Williams - I'd have him in my team over the other 3 clowns. He's a far more complete player...he's got the skills to be an awesome centre.

He's a great winger. Wish he'd come back to the NRL - where he belongs.

Richards. Some parts of Grothe's game need improvement, in particular his turn and chase for kicks seems slow and as someone else mentioned he cant pass to save his life. Rooney hasnt rated since 04.

What's all this talk about passing? Are we still talking about Eric Grothe? As in, Eric Grothe the WINGER?

grothe has a much better passing game then Richards, if anything he does push the pass when he shouldn't, but he has great offloading ability. The best winger in the air, mabey appart from hayne. Returns the ball so damagingly halfback prefer to kick the ball to hayne, and Mckinnon. Genrally read defence well, can have the odd laps.... but most of the tries scored out wide, are miss-reads from inside men which leave your winger stranded, or in a difficult situation. Grothe has size on both richards and rooney, speed, strength, better finisher, and better work rate... Grothe the best winger in the comp, Richards is a injury-riddled hack and roony is just a hack

No it's not. Wing used to be a skilled position. Most modern day wingers don't know the art of an in and away or beating your man on the outside. It all started in the early nineties when track runners were brought in for their speed.

Your a Penrith supporter, right?

Richards an injury riddled hack... How many premierships and grand final tries does Grothe have?
