Sadly, the older ones don't, there's not a Polynesian name Grant Nisbett hasn't butchered over the years. But agree most try.

The main issue with this is that Molan wont back down, that's just silly.

Lucy Zelic copped a lot of flak during the recent football World Cup for making the effort to correctly pronounce player names from all the teams. Pretty sure Craig Foster ended up having a controlled tyrade during one evenings’ show in her defence from the abuse she was getting.

Molan sounded silly, not funny. I cant blame people for blowing up.

He did it in a way that was witty, like saying, "the centres Frances Meli and so too is Italy". There was one he did about the Olympics where he made fun of everyone. The Socceroos one was gold.
