Castleford 24-10 Salford..

I have seen the highlights and while I can't make full judgements, but the quality is looking great in 2012. A lot of teams have really worked it and considering we haven't seen a massive 50-30 scoreline yet, that keeps me happy.

We're four games into the new season!

Salford had no go forward what so ever, the weather didn't help, but I hope they improve this area or they will win nothing.

Don't know why anyone would run down their crowd either, the conditions were awful.

I wonder who the dumbarse was at Salford who thought underground heating wasn't worth the effort?

Brand new multi million pound stadium and they don't have this

Wigan-Uddersfield tonight (early this morning). Hull FC v Warrington, aswell as Bradford v Catalans.

3pm UK time.

2am AEST (or AEDST, whichever).

Should all be pretty close, I'd say.

The Bulls/Catalan game was much more competitive than the scoreline suggests. The Bulls will go all right this year but the Dragons were at a whole new level this afternoon. No team would have beat them as far as i'm concerned. Their D was impregnable for the majority and the Bulls showed good movement. The difference though was the clinical finishing by Catalan. Dureau controlled everything and isnt the same player that was in the NRL. Everything that Catalan did well, he seemed to be behind. Look out for his step back inside on the 5th tackle and kick off the outside of his foot for the Darryl Millard try. It was outstanding.

Ill post some pics soon. Im just waiting for them to upload to Photobucket

Oh, and last one...

This was the only part of the terracing open due to H&S and time. The capacity for the day was 13,500 and the crowd was 10,610 so not too bad.

Nice pics Johnny.

Other attendances -
Hull v Warrington 12,710
Wigan v Huddersfield 16,771

Not bad crowds considering the shocking weather conditions.

Good to see we've updated things to coincide with the new Stobart sponsorship!
Are those engage postpads I see as well?

No wonder Stobart didn't give us any money!
