Could be only 20pts from Rosberg if things went his way in the last two races. Could he making a play for the championship. Hooefully RB fair well in Canada.

Surely that's worth a penalty, Hamilton just closed the door on him.

Needs to stay calm here.

Honestly if thats a penalty we should just stop pretending F1 is a race and call it the procession it is.
Thats not me as a pom as i'm no fan of Hamilton myself.

I didn't think it was a penalty either.

Even the poms don't like Hamilton. Acts like a Lil kid when he loses.

You could argue three times in three races.

Didn't he get a puncture in each of the two races before Monaco? Obviously the puncture didn't coast him in the second last race, the shit tyre strategy did.

Red Bull have a very pissed off driver on their hands, one who has shown that he can match it with the Ferrari's and Merc's at Monaco.

Yep. Funny thing is he has led the past three out of four Grand Prix's at one point of time in the race without a victory.

China he had a puncture 3rd lap from green light. Then he went on the wrong compound tyre after pitting and didn't even score points trying to recover from the blow out.

Spain was just a mess. His team strategy was legitimate. What didn't make sense was his last pit stop. Stayed out way too long and payed for it cause Vettel pitted earlier but they didn't bring him in the lap after. Was an odd decision.

Anyone seen the Baku Street circuit?
Looks like it will be a beautiful circuit, especially the tight parts through the old city and past the castle, but also seems to be long straights followed by 90 degree corners for the most part.

It looks to be trying to copy Monaco a bit, but with slower corners and longer straights.

If that slow section is wide and not narrow like Monaco, it'll be a great passing area

At least Hamilton is putting the fight to Rosberg this year and keeping some sort of battle for WDC going.

Looks good. More overtaking opportunities then Monaco. Long straight with cars well over 350 km/hr.

I'd say Red bulls will be a sec off pole. Too much time to make up on their PU deficiencies.

High risk track for the drivers. Seems unnecessary to introduce this style of track in 2016. Looking forward to this race though, looks like a track for exciting racing.

Ricciardo starting on the front row despite giving away huge speed deficiencies on the straights.
