RCG to Titans on 3 year deal

Flanagan is a slack salesman, dont care what y'all say. RCG was worth offering the third year even if he played Ressies. The last decent off contract prop has now gone so back to rejects and has beens and another ordinary season.

I think our judgement will come end of year.. the guys hes missed might well prove to be the right call.. but if it means we end up buying junk players instead.. it'll be a flop.. he must have something in mind (the cash has to be spent).. I just hope for all of our sakes he can land the big deal(s) when they come up.

I also do wonder if there is a way to pay out Lawrie/Ravas 2026 money into the 2025 budget if we have it spare? Be done with them..

The point i am trying to make is the hype hasn’t matched what we have produced its a false sense of security & has been for a long time. This new crop coming through could break the cycle but we can’t bank on that.

We dont have much of a choice mate, and we better get used to what our juniors produce, its the way of the future.

Who even bothers getting their hopes up anymore? Disappointment is a permanent state around here. Nothing to lose by listing a completely unrealistic fantasy team. Not much to gain either. What’s funny is some of the power clubs would look at that team and scoff. Not enough rorting.

Weren’t you just complaining about not signing RCG, even though it was because Flanno wouldn’t budge on the 3 year deal he wanted. Yet, you’re complaining that Holmes who’s 2 years younger, is an ageing Toyota Camry?
