Meh. Worth it just to see Avenger get all worked up. Flares up his ulcer.
still dont know how the dogs could possibly offer him 'MASSIVE' money?
I heard they are getting a huge 3rd party deal through Oasis..........still dont know how the dogs could possibly offer him 'MASSIVE' money?
They are apparently letting Steve Turner go to the Warriors......
There's no goddam way the Bulldogs could afford Folau, let alone make a 'massive' offer to anyone. Seriously, if that's true, Schubert must be looking the other way. That's just ridiculous. Is that the NRL's policy now? Let the Bulldogs sign anyone they want?
In any case, if we screw up this signing now, Ricky and everyone that has spoken openly in the media about this from the Eels also deserves a slap in the face.
Not that I think any of that will happen. Folau seems to have his heart set on joining us. Even if the Dogs offer more money than us, I can't see Folau turning us down. Negotiations must be too far advanced. Also, Jodeci says it's a done deal. That is good enough for me.
Also, Thurston? Seriously? I know they have a lot of off-contract players for 2014, but.....no I can't see it even then.
I believe he also said "Welcome to Parra Mr Barrett".
But izzy doesn't have a wife

To understand Folau's dilemma, it is crucial to be sympathetic to his cultural background. Pacific Islanders do not live for one, but for all.
If you earn, that money is to be shared among your immediate family, and leftovers are often sent back to homelands in Tonga, Samoa and Fiji.
So when Folau signed a deal worth more than $4 million with the AFL, it was not a decision he made as an individual but one the Folau family made together. It was never a question of individual greed on Folau's part.
But as his unsuccessful tenure wore on, and Folau's sadness became apparent to those closest to him, the superstar had the blessing of his family to withdraw from the final two years of his contract in order to find happiness.
And Folau is also looking to take charge of his own career, exploring the option of managing his own affairs alongside his family. Whatever the highs and lows he experiences, Folau always remains true to two things: faith and family.
Have heard and read the above before etc, I believe Folau is all about the money and therefor if the Dogs have put in a supposed MASSIVE over then I think he will go to them, though in saying that I cant believe the way Stuart and others have more or less spruiked being a done deal, IMO very unprofessional, off u guy "money man"No. But he does have a family.

After the comments by Edwards, Sticky & others, if we miss out of Folau we will once again be a laughing stock of a club. They should have been 100% certain before making the types of comments that have been said.
